Problems

Persistent Login
Author Last Post
Did something on the website change recently re log ins? I used to be able to just click "member log in" on the forums page and I was in. A couple weeks ago, the site started requiring me to type in user name & password every time after I clicked "member log in"-- even though I was logged in already since my name (not user name, my name) was displayed at the top righthand corner of the page.  I always click "remember me on this computer" and since my name is displayed, the site does remember me-- but apparently it just doesn't trust me!

HI Arnold

You are correct, even though a member checks the “Remember Me” box they would still need to click on “Member Login” to sign in.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Geoffrey

If your web browser is configured to work with Cookies and such it should remember who you are and automatically log you in so that you do not have to re-enter your login info.

Support at Club Express will confirm this for us.

You may have to click on Login but you should not have to re-enter your credentials.

Unfortunately that only "remembers" your credentials.  You still have to "Login" when coming back.

Is there a way to keep yourself logged in to the website all the time? I've looked all through the settings and user profile stuff, but I can't seem to find a way to do it. I visit the site every day on my PC or iPad, so it would cut out a few steps to getting into the forums.

There must be a "stay logged in" box to click, I don't know or remember how but I'm logged in all the time. I just click "member log in" at the top right of the opening page and it gives me the forum page, with new posts tagged.
