Outside the U.S.A.

Wondering how wagons got overseas?
Author Last Post
Quite a few 180s were shipped to NZ/Aust in the very late '50s and early '60s. many were used for 'aerial topdressing' with hoppers fitted. Many Aero Clubs in NZ had a 180 as the club's 'Cross country' aircraft for members then also. As the 185 came into production they too were fitted with hoppers.

NZ even had/has some fitted with skis.

If I remember rightly as Cracker said they were all shipped out, Rural Aviation being the NZ agent in those days.

Mostly shipped and re-assembled. Rex Aviation was the Cessna Dealer for a long time.

cracker.

Cracker or jskerr? Just wondering how the majority of cessnas were sold over there?. Did cessna have regular dealers, and did they ship them in containers? Are there any big cessna dealers locally? Thanks guys.
