Flight Instruction - Regular and Mountain

Seasoned Skywagon Instructors in NC
Author Last Post
Hi, I'm in the Seattle area and would be happy to help. I'm a former Mission Aviation Fellowship pilot and currently own a 1980 185. CFI with 3000 hours in the 185/180. Mike Roark 3605096842

I have a FAA PPL+IR+ME . I am in the process of purchasing a C 185 and I need a check out on a C 185 . I have NO tail wheel experience . Can anyone advise where I can get a check out done (minimum 15 hours of flying time ) ? I am from India and I will be visiting US in January 2018.

Two high time Skywagon instructors in Raleigh, NC area:
Club member George Peacock fly's his
180 out of his own strip in South Raleigh and
Forum member Brian Iriks who fly's a 185 for the State
full time doing fire management. He previously taught
mountain flying in Northern CA
He goes by Smokey 16 on this forum.
Both I would consider VERY GOOD.
